Do the headsets support VOX?

The functionality depends on how the radio detects VOX. Our Neckmic microphone is always active, so if the radio can be set to VOX, it should work. However, some radios require the PTT to be pressed continuously to accept VOX, which currently does not work with our setup. This would require an additional switch on the PTT cabinet to "lock" the PTT into TX mode.

Can users switch between VOX and PTT modes?

This depends on whether the radio currently has a VOX/PTT switch.

Is a pluggable solution being considered?

We have been exploring this option, but there are challenges with creating affordable, small, watertight connectors that don't cause issues. Maybe in the future, though.
